Deloitte to pay money back to Albanese government after using AI in $440,000 report
Completion records and a Certificate of completion for audits and board reports.
Teaches employees to spot AI errors before they reach a client, court or regulator.
AI is now part of everyday work, and so are its mistakes: invented cases, made-up sources and confident answers that are simply wrong. Each one that slips through can cost you a client’s trust, a costly fix or a public apology.
Courts and regulators increasingly expect organisations to show their employees can use AI responsibly and check its work. A policy that says “keep a human in the loop” only protects you if that human knows what to look for.
Short Focused Lessons teach employees to spot AI errors and hallucinations. AI Accuracy Lab fits into your LMS and onboarding. Team reports show progress, and each employee earns a Certificate of completion.
